Welcome to Summer Camp Maps, powered by Tic Tac Toe Marketing for Camps. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before starting a project with us.

1. Overview

Summer Camp Maps provides custom illustrated maps and related design services for summer camps and retreat centers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services.

2. Quotes & Project Start

  • All projects begin with a custom quote based on your camp’s size, style, and needs.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot in our design schedule. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Revisions & Approval

  • Each map project includes two rounds of revisions after the first draft. Additional changes may incur an hourly fee.

  • We’ll work closely with you to ensure accuracy and satisfaction before delivering final files.

  • Once you approve your final map, the project is considered complete.

4. Deliverables

You will receive your map files in standard formats:

  • Print-ready PDF

  • High-resolution PNG/JPG

  • Editable vector format (AI or SVG)

These files are provided for your use in print, digital, and promotional materials.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final map artwork for unlimited use.

  • Summer Camp Maps retains the right to use completed maps and project images in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • All original design files and sketches remain the property of Summer Camp Maps unless explicitly transferred.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel before work begins, your deposit will be refunded minus any administrative fees.

  • If work has started, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future project.

  • If you cancel after drafts have been delivered, you’ll be billed for work completed to date.

7. Timelines

  • Typical project timelines range from 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and client responsiveness.

  • Delays in providing feedback, materials, or approvals may extend the timeline.

8. Accuracy of Information

We create maps based on information provided by the client (existing maps, sketches, aerials, etc.). Summer Camp Maps is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect reference materials.

9. Payments

  • Payments can be made via invoice or approved online payment methods.

  • Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

10. Limitation of Liability

Summer Camp Maps will make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality in our work. However, we are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from inaccuracies, printing errors, or misuse of map files.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project use.

11. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website, with an updated “Effective Date.”
